Manufacturing Philosophy
FlowFire components are CNC-machined to mil-spec dimensions from high-grade materials — 4140 steel, 304 stainless, and 6061-T6 aluminum, depending on application. We do not outsource quality inspection: every unit is tested before it ships.
We believe that precision manufacturing and accessibility are not mutually exclusive. You should not have to choose between quality and price — and with FlowFire, you do not have to.
Our design process is iterative and field-informed. We work directly with competitive shooters and armorer professionals to validate designs before release. If it does not perform in the real world, it does not leave our facility.
